Anne-Laure Martyn loves to incorporate salvaged architectural features and reclaimed materials into a home design to create a unique character and charm. She also adds contemporary elements and this harmonious mix of modern and vintage decoration perfectly fulfills the vision of creating evocative living spaces.
Her design philosophy is to combine natural fabrics and a neutral color palette enriched by distinctive pieces of furniture or accessories.
She applies the same approach to her collection of reclaimed and restored furniture.
Anne-Laure Martyn grew up on the west coast of France and has always been attracted to the aesthetic aspects of life. After working in the fashion industry in Paris and London, she moved to the US in 2004. She became passionate about interior design while redecorating her classic 18th century Parisian apartment and later the complete renovation and refinishing of her home in CT. She decided this was her calling and has since completed numerous projects ranging from staging a bookcase to the complete interior decoration of a new build house.
